Céline is the epitome of internal promotion: she arrived in 2013 as a multi-skilled waitress, and has since risen through the ranks to become receptionist, then assistant manager and now manager of the Blois establishment since 2018. Perhaps the strong point of her establishment is quite simply her: her passion for her job and the transmission of her values to her team make the Brit Hotel Blois - Le Préma a unique hotel-restaurant.
